Terms of Service
These operational guidelines govern your access to and use of the Asmaa Manpower decentralized gig-worker network.
Effective Date: April 2026
1. Protocol Initialization (Acceptance)
By accessing the Asmaa Manpower web portal, registering as a gig-worker, or initiating a client project, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these protocols, you must disconnect from our network immediately.
2. Network Node Classifications
Our platform services two distinct types of users, each with specific obligations:
- Enterprise Clients: Must provide accurate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), adhere to agreed payment schedules, and use the platform strictly for legal business operations.
- Gig-Workers (Agents): Must maintain accurate KYC details, execute accepted tasks faithfully, and ensure all geo-tagged or submitted data is 100% authentic.
3. Financial Protocols & Payouts
All financial transactions are monitored through our secure gateways:
- Client Billing: Service quotes (ranging from ₹100 to ₹1,00,000+) are estimates. Final billing is determined by successful outcome verification.
- Worker Payouts: Verified earnings are disbursed weekly. Asmaa Manpower reserves the right to withhold payouts if fraud, automated bot usage, or GPS spoofing is detected.
4. Prohibited System Usage
To maintain the integrity of our AI-tracked workflows, the following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate node termination:
- Bypassing the platform to arrange direct payments between clients and workers.
- Falsifying execution data, using VPNs to mask actual locations, or submitting forged documents.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer our dashboards or disrupt network uptime.
5. Service Limitations & Liability
Asmaa Manpower acts as a marketplace and technology layer. While we enforce strict quality controls, we are not liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from task execution delays or third-party disruptions. The network is provided on an "as-is" basis.
6. Protocol Amendments
We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect new technological upgrades or legal requirements. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new guidelines.
